Previewing a template

The Preview button opens the document read-only, as it will look when printed or shared. Nothing you do there changes the template.

Copying a template to your Drive

Use this template opens Google's "Copy document" screen. Sign in to your Google account, confirm, and an editable copy appears in your Drive with the same fonts, colors and tables. The guide How to copy a Google Doc template covers every step.

Downloading as Word or PDF

Each template page also links to a .docx file for Microsoft Word and a PDF for printing. Both are exported directly from the same Google Doc.

The sample content

Names, addresses, phone numbers and amounts in the templates are fictitious placeholders. Replace them with your own details before you send or print the document.
